The Axcel Scope Hooded Lens Retainers offer a dual purpose, including securing a scope lens in place as well as blocking unwanted light that leads to lens glare typically caused by the sun in outdoor archery settings.
The AV25 Hooded Lens Retainer is a 1-1/8" diameter, which is compatible with the AV25 scope. If using a lens with the AV25 scope, note that a Lens Frame or Lens Frame Set will be required for the respective size scope you are using (sold separately).
Similar to the AV25 Hooded Lens Retainer, Axcel's Lens Retainer for their X-31 and X-41 scope housings also both secure a scope lens as well as prevent lens glare. The X-31 scope housing size fits a 1-3/8" or 35mm lens size, while the X-41 scope housing fits an 1-3/4" or 43mm lens size.
When using a lens with this retainer, note that a Lens Frame or Lens Frame Set is required for the X-31 and X-41 scopes as well (sold separately).
