Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Creed Archery Supply will provide a refund for or exchange of the item within 45 days of your purchase date.

Return Policy Guidelines:

• Returned items must be in new condition, returned in the original product packaging, showing no signs of usage or installation. Creed Archery Supply reserves sole discresion in refusing a refund or exchange for an item showing usage or installation, wear, damage or generally any unsellable condition.
• Except in the case of an error made by Creed Archery Supply, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Creed Archery Supply.
• Packages received as returns via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refused and returned to the sender.
• Due to safety considerations, treedstands may not be returned.
• Arrows cut to length may not be returned.
• All sales on items purchased at a sale price are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Please include or have handy your order number and the reason for the return.

Upon approval, we will issue an authorized return identification number to be included on the outside of the return package.
