Hamskea's VersaRest adjustability and features provide multiple ways to accommodate your individual shooting style or preferences.
For example, the VersaRest can be set in mulitple functionality modes, including top or bottom limb actuated, cable actuated, cable fall away and as a fixed blade rest.
Both windage and vertical adjustments can be made in both macro increments and finer increments, to tune the rest quickly and accurately. For windage macro adjustments, the launcher blade can be positioned to the left or right on the launcher shaft using the multiple mounting hole positions. For elevation macro adjustments, there are three different gang adjustements to choose from.
The VersaRest employs an End-2-End non-cantilevered design which captures the outer end of the launcher shaft, greatly reducing bearing wear. Two high RPM stainless sealed ball bearings are utilized (originally designed for the RC car racing industry) to ensure a silky smooth launcher action.
The I-beam frame design promotes strength and tight tolerance accuracy, and Hamskea's rear rubber arrow guide can be installed to the I-beam frame to ensure the launcher will pick up the arrow every time the bow is drawn.
Integrated into the design is the ability to adjust the angle of the launcher blades up and down position as well as adjust the launcher's spring tension stiffness. Adjusting angle and spring tension eliminates the need for changing out rest blades of different thicknesses to fine tune the rest performance for specific arrows.
The octagon shaped launcher shaft allows for repeatable, non-slip attachment of the compression lever arm. The compression lever arm is equipped with a primary cord lock down screw as well as a secondary cord lock down to ensure that the activation cord will not pull out or slip.
Available in right or left hand, and with a Standard, 5/8" or 3/4" limb clamp assembly. Both the 5/8" and the 3/4" Limb Clamps are designed to fit one of the individual limbs on a split limb bow. All limb clamps use Hamskea's Dampening Coil system that prevents the cord from stretching, managing launcher rebound and absorbing shock when the shot is released.
