The Easton HIT inserts (Hidden Insert Technology) when installed are hidden inside of the arrow shaft. Placing the threads for any standard field point or broadhead deeper within the shaft promotes more precise alignment, and in turn more precise and consistent arrow flight.

Easton HIT inserts fit both the Easton 5mm Axis arrow shaft and the 5mm Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) arrow shaft.
